Hal is a third generation Charlestonian--a lifelong James Islander with deep roots in the Low Country. Dale is a transplant from the upstate of S.C. They met at the College of Charleston, married, and have been together now over 50 years. Hal's hobbies include sporting clays, hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking, and boating. Dale enjoys walking, reading, gardening, sewing, and boating. They are members of St. Michael's Church on the corner of Broad and Meeting and actively serve their church community as an usher (Hal), and on both the Flower and Altar Guilds (Dale). Family and community are important to both Hal and Dale, and they strive to take care of their clients as if they are family. Hal's previous work background was in the wholesale flower business--as both a grower and as a retailer. Hal owned and managed his own business for a number of years before going into real estate over 20 years ago. Dale's background is in nursing--she has her Masters in Nursing from the Medical University of S.C. and retired from full-time nursing there to pursue a real estate career with Hal over 19 years ago.
